Thank you for shopping our closing sale! Final 3 days of shopping remain. Store closing on 6/30/15. All inventory in the store at 30-40% off.
Earlier this week I announced to our Newsletter Subscribers that JustRite Papercraft will be closing the JustRite Consumer Website on June 30th 2015. We have already closed our wholesale website and are directing store owners to now order JustRite Products through Notions.
Thank you for the out pouring of love and support! I have enjoyed reading all your sweet notes. Our website went crazy with the closing announcement and we are busy shipping orders. Please note that we are shipping orders in the order that they were placed.
Due to the high volume of website orders we are not currently accepting phone orders at this time. Our entire staff is busy packing orders. Please place your orders on line. Please anticipate an extra 4 or 5 days for us to process orders though our shipping department.
Everything in the JustRite Store is now on sale for 25% off – JustRite Stamps, JustRite Dies, Spectrum Noir Products and Digital Downloads.
Products in our original retirement sale are now also an additional 25% off (the JustRite Website will reflect the sale price).
We have limited quantities remaining in stock and we do anticipate selling out of product quickly. Our website will indicate sold out as each design sells out. If you do not see an item on our site we are already sold out of that item. In the event that our inventory numbers are not 100% accurate we will refund promptly for any item that we are unable to ship.
We will accept JustRite Gift Cards and Tutorial Tuesday Gift Cards through June 30th. If you have purchased or are planning on purchasing our digital cut files please make sure that you have downloaded all your files to your computer by June 30th. Once we close our website you will not have access to any files that you have not downloaded.
I would like to personally thank each of you for being a loyal JustRite Fan and for allowing our team to share with you our passion for cardmaking.
We have enjoyed sharing our love of papercrafting with you over the past 7 years. Again thank you for purchasing products from us for all these years.

Darsie also shows you how to make marbled colored vellum using alcohol inks and a heat gun, which you can then use with your favorite dies to create flowers or sentiments. Vellum adds an extra touch of elegance and softness to your papercrafting creations.

Welcome to Tutorial Tuesday, today Heidi Blankenship shares how to use the MISTI Stamping Tool with our clear stamps and our cling stamps. This tool is perfect for using with our multi-step stamps.
Before we get started with today's tutorial I have a Quick Sale Announcement. Save 25% off all Spellbinders Dies and Embossing Folders. Sale ends Monday May 18th at midnight.
Now on to Heidi's Tutorial….
If you are reading this email from a feedburner email you can see Heidi's Video by clicking here.
MISTI is a great tool for consistent stamping. There is a piece of black foam on the inside to use with clear stamps.
To use MISTI with cling stamps remove the black foam piece.
You can use the tool facing you or turned to the side–whichever works best for you. In the video I turned it to the side so it would fit better on my desk for the video.
For the first card I am using the CR-02187 Multi-Step Lilac Bouquet stamp set. Open the MISTI and place your cardstock in the corner. *This is important to make sure your paper is always lined up in the corner. Place the clear stamp on your paper where you would like to stamp it. Close the lid on the MISTI and the stamp will cling to the lid. (I recommend pushing on the lid to make sure the entire stamp has adhered to the plastic grid).
Open the lid and apply ink to the stamp and close the lid and press on it.
Remove the stamp and clean the stamp and any ink that may have gotten on the grid. Line up the second lilac stamp on top of the stamped image. (as seen in the video). Close the lid on the MISTI so the stamp will cling to it. Ink the stamp and close the lid for perfect placement stamping.
Remove the stamp. Line up the second lilac stamp on top of the stamped image. Close the lid on the MISTI so the stamp will cling to it. Ink the stamp and close the lid for perfect placement stamping.
See how beautifully aligned that stamps are….
I just keep repeating the process with the multi-stamps as I build up the layers to the images. Remove the stamp.
Here is a closeup of my card in progress.
The key to getting perfect placement with the MISTI tool is to always make sure your cardstock is lined up in the corner. Also, if you like to make multiple cards with the same design just leave the stamps in place and stamp as many times as needed and then move on to the next stamp. You will be able to create a stack of cards in no time!
Here you can see some of the glittery areas of my butterfly and lilacs.
Next I want to show you how easy it is to use our JustRite Background Cling Stamps with the Misti. Simply remove the black foam from the Misti. I placed the background stamp face down inside of the MISTI tool.
Close the lid and press down so the stamp will cling on the inside. Open the MISTI and place a piece of paper inside. Ink up the background stamp and close the lid.
I used one of the stamps from the CR-02141 Sentimental Damask Vintage Labels Eight Clear Stamps for the sentiment. The MISTI tool is perfect for helping you line up sentiments too!
Here is a close up of the card.

We were so excited to read your comments on the blog and on our YouTube Channel this week that Darsie has inspired you to create your own stamped candles. And we thought you might still need to make a Mother's Day Gift or two. So Darsie has written a full tutorial and supply list for you. You can see Darsie creating her candle on this week's YouTube Channel at the 7:00 minute time stamp.
6 inch Pillar Candle (preferably white or ivory), White Tissue Paper, 2 inch square of White Cardstock, Wax Paper, Heat Gun
Inks:Assorted Water-Based Inks (I used Memento Summer Sky and Grape Jelly for the Lilacs, Bamboo Leaves and Pistachio for the Leaves, LuLu Lavender and Grape Jelly for the Butterfly)
Accessories: Ivory Silk Ribbon, Pearl Tipped Stick Pin
Cut a piece of tissue, 5 x 9 inches. Stamp the lilacs and greenery with ink and allow to dry. Trim excess tissue from the top if there is any.
Wrap the stamped tissue around the candle.
Wrap wax paper around the candle, on top of the tissue paper. Use a sheet of wax paper that is larger than the candle, so that you can use the extra to hold the candle.
Using a heat gun, you’ll add heat to the wax paper on the candle and the surface wax will melt and embed the stamped tissue into the candle.
Allow the wax to cool and then remove the wax paper.
Stamp the butterfly on cardstock and cut out. Attach the butterfly to the candle with a stick pin. Add a silk ribbon bow.
Have fun making your candles!
